The NASFAM Annual Agri-Stakeholder Forum is the organisation's most significant convening event of the year, bringing together over 400 participants from across Malawi's agricultural sector for two days of programme review, policy dialogue, and strategic planning. The forum serves as both an accountability mechanism — reporting on outcomes achieved in the year under review — and a forward-looking platform for setting priorities and aligning stakeholder commitments.

Day one is structured around programme reviews, with NASFAM presenting outcomes data from its active and recently completed programmes alongside independent evaluation findings. Farmer association representatives present from the field, providing direct testimony on programme impact, challenges, and unmet needs. Partner organisations contribute perspectives on their joint programme activities and lessons from collaborative delivery.

Day two shifts focus to strategic priorities for the coming agricultural year, with working group sessions allowing stakeholders to deliberate on key themes including climate adaptation, market systems development, gender inclusion, and youth engagement. Working group outputs are synthesised into a set of priority commitments that are publicly signed by participating organisations.

The forum includes an exhibition zone where farmer associations, programme partners, and agri-business innovators can showcase their products, services, and achievements to a broad audience of stakeholders. A media programme ensures that forum outcomes are communicated to the wider public through national broadcast and print media.
